What is Legacy Planning by X-it Strategy?

A concierge consulting service. We proactively collaborate with your family to navigate less stressfully through the months that follow the loss of a loved one by building an organized data environment, your Digital Binder. This binder is more than just a list of important items. It is a set of instructions, a story, and a map. These three components will significantly ease the process that takes place after anyone passes. Our clients are the loved ones and the Executor/Trustee, as we are looking out on their behalf to insure the completed Digital Binder will benefit them. This Digital Binder will also prove to be extremely valuable in the event a primary caretaker in the family is incapacitated for any length of time due to illness or injury.

Why should you have a Legacy Plan?

Your life is more complicated than you appreciate, and your love ones will struggle unnecessarily at a time when they are grieving, so planning will help tremendously.
The process of putting together the plan (the end of life planning) initiates conversations around important topics often pushed off until it is too late to have them.
If you are single, your affairs are not readily available to whomever you have designated to assist you in the event of a passing. This process will solve that.
If you have a significant other, the plan is important to alleviate unnecessary challenges with the loss of one or the other. It is absolutely critical to avoid chaos in the event both people pass.
The Legacy Plan can also assist if you are incapacitated for a period of time, a guide to one’s affairs.

We will:

Use a secure online software tool designed for this purpose, to permanently store the Legacy Plan.
Memorialize all of the unique and critical components of the Plan (see below).
Train loved ones, designated family/friends, and the Executor/Trustee on all aspects of the Legacy Plan.
Maintain that environment over time, with life’s changes, so it is truly ready when needed.
